The endless back and forth of interview scheduling creates unnecessary delays and leads to candidate drop offs.Additionally, without data driven insights, HR struggles to efficiently identify and shortlist the best-fit candidates, making the entire hiring process more time-consuming and less effective.

The AI Hiring Assistant simplifies and automates the hiring process through a structured sequence of intelligent agents. It begins with the hiring manager submitting a job description, which is parsed by the Matching Agent. This agent uses systems like GPT4 for ATS and external databases such as Qdrant to query and retrieve relevant resumes.

Once candidate resumes are sourced, they pass through the Screening Agent, which evaluates and enriches them using AI. If a candidate does not meet the role criteria, they are filtered out. Qualified candidates, however, move forward to the next phase.

The Scheduling Agent then automatically identifies available time slots and coordinates interviews via integrated tools like Google Calendar and Gmail. After scheduling, the AI Interview Agent powered by platforms like Vapi conducts structured phone screenings and collects interview data.

Following the interview, the Scoring Agent aggregates inputs from resumes, screening, and interviews to rank candidates. The best matched candidates are flagged for final consideration.

Finally, the HR team reviews the ranked candidates. Those approved are advanced to the offer rollout stage, completing a fully automated, end-to-end hiring pipeline with minimal human intervention.
