Problem Statement

Recruitment teams face a range of challenges in today’s competitive hiring environment. Hours are lost manually screening irrelevant resumes, often at the expense of discovering strong candidates. Interview scheduling becomes a tedious and fragmented process that contributes to high candidate drop off rates. Without structured data and insights, HR professionals struggle to accurately shortlist the best candidates, leading to prolonged hiring cycles and reduced talent quality.

Agent Blueprint Flow Explanation

The hiring process begins with the hiring manager submitting a job description, which is parsed by the Matching Agent. This agent leverages LLMs like GPT-4 and searches internal and external databases such as Qdrant to retrieve matching resumes. These resumes are then passed to the Screening Agent, which evaluates and enriches the profiles. Candidates not meeting the required criteria are filtered out at this stage.

Qualified candidates progress to the Scheduling Agent, which coordinates interview slots by integrating with Google Calendar and Gmail. It identifies mutual availabilities and sends out interview invites automatically. Once interviews are scheduled, the AI Interview Agent, powered by platforms such as Vapi, conducts structured phone screenings and captures key candidate insights.

The collected data from resumes, screening, and interviews is compiled by the Scoring Agent. It ranks candidates based on a weighted scoring system to surface top talent. The HR team reviews these AI ranked candidates and advances the best ones to the final offer stage, completing the end to end hiring pipeline with minimal manual effort.
